Section 1 - Paradise Valley Park to 1st Street Park in Mills
This section of the Platte River Parkway riverfront trail travels from Paradise Valley Park to 1st Street Park in Mills adjacent to WOTCO through 5 Casper area park sites including, Paradise Valley Park, Morad Park, Ft. Casper, Patterson Zonta Park and Mills 1st Street Park. There are 3 boat launches along this section at PV Park, Morad Park and at the Mills Wyoming Blvd. Bridge behind WOTCO. There is trail access and parking available at PV Park, Morad Park and 1st Street Park. Portable restrooms and picnic benches can be found at PV Park, Morad Park, Ft. Casper and 1st Street Park.
This section features 4 City of Casper area parks including Paradise Valley Park, Morad Park, Ft. Casper and Mills 1st Street Park plus the Murie Audubon bird sanctuary located west of Morad Park.
Pets are allowed off leash in Morad Park, however, by City ordinance; pets must be leashed immediately upon exiting Morad.
