Donations

The Platte River Parkway Trust is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that relies upon fundraising and grants to do its work.  As a Friend of the Parkway I would like to ask you to consider the Parkway in your year-end giving.  The Trust has a variety of donation opportunities for consideration.

The Parkway Endowment
The Platte River Parkway Trust created an Endowment Fund with the Wyoming Community Foundation that exists to support maintenance of the Parkway trail system in perpetuity.  A donation of $1,000 will be recognized in the newly enhanced Endowment Plaza area along the trail system.

The Tate Pumphouse
The Parkway Trust is currently developing the Old Midwest Pumphouse along the Parkway at the Casper Whitewater Park that will provide trail users with indoor public restrooms, outdoor public Plaza, Parkway office space, bike/kayak vendor space, and a restaurant.  Donations of five hundred dollars and over will be recognized in the paving of the Pumphouse Plaza.

Unrestricted Donation
The Parkway Trust seeks donations to do the work of the organization.  Twenty percent of all unrestricted donations are directed towards the Parkway Endowment.
